This Chest can be accessed from the Meditation Point in the Bygone Settlement. Prerequisite: Learn Dash in Jedha’s Singing Ruins.Location: Koboh - Rambler’s Reach - Bygone Settlement. You can then Wall Run and double jump to get up to a ledge: around the corner will be the Chest. Now push the crates to the right all the way to the back wall. Push one crate into the channel so that it’s at the base of a rock column, then push the other on top of it (the column will make sure it doesn’t get pushed straight across). Hop down and locate the small channel between you and the Essence back in the dark cave. Here, Wall Run down the chasm to get to the ledge on the far end, then head around the bend and Force Push the metal crate down below. Locate a high ledge on the left-hand wall here and move the metal crate with the Force to help you reach it. Defeat them, then use the Force to push the large metal crate through the channel and into the large open region. Here, press forward into the ravine, then head left through the cave to find a crate puzzle region overrun by Gorgers. You can then jump on one of its vine-covered tendrils and ride it over to the Winding Ravine. To get to the Winding Ravine, you’ll need to Tame the giant Trontoshell back in the Derelict Dam region. This Chest is in the Winding Ravine, and is one of the trickier chests to reach. Location: Koboh - Rambler’s Reach - Winding Ravine.TL DR: Well, after six years of development-time and me more or less following Wollay‘s twitter feed I must say, I am pretty dissatisfied with how the end-product plays and overall performs. I played Cube World in alpha-stage before, granted I didn‘t buy it, but played it at a friend‘s place and I loved it.īeing able to explore a huge world, unique to it‘s seed-code and completely randomly generated was something fascinating and almost magical to me. I didn‘t have the money during the time the alpha was available to be bought, so I ultimately didn‘t get my hands on the original, however, now that CW came to Steam, I was excited, the nostalgia came up and I was happy I could now play this great game again, not only that, but now that it is on Steam, playing with friends would be as easy as clicking a button. Sadly CW is not what I experienced around 6 years ago anymore, I know a lot of people are enjoying the beta/release version more, than the alpha, which is absolutely fine of course, more power to them, but I cannot count myself to these people. I personally despise the new region-lock, the not anymore randomly generated map that repeats it‘s layout every so often, the absence of the fog of war and removal of the traditional leveling/skill system. To me, this game lost all of it‘s charme, it is no longer a vast, open world that invites you to explore it, but now it actively punishes you for venturing out too far, you don‘t feel like an adventurer on a grand exploration, but more like a vermin exterminator, cleaning one region only to go to the next to do your job all over again.
